1、参与制订S&OP(Sales & Operation Planning)计划,根据市场预测、历史发货情况以及后续物料供应情况,制定滚动月度发货计划。
2、跟踪执行S&OP计划,协调计划部制订详细的物料采购计划、生产计划以保证生产环节的连续性和均衡性,并适时检查市场实际要货情况与S&OP计划的偏差,防止造成库存积压或大面积欠料;
3、根据S&OP计划,进行订单评审并协调采购、研发、销售、生产、物流等各环节,保证及时发货,并控制库存,提高库存周转率;
4、通过定期统计和分析发货情况,为销售预测提 供相关的历史数据,提高销售预测准确率,并及时调整销售预测偏差所造成的生产计划偏差,避免形成低周转和呆死料;
5、积极与各部门沟通,组织协调各环节,提高交付达成率;
6、优化改进、完善各相关流程,形成应对市场变化快速反应机制
任职要求:
1、教育背景:本科及以上学历
2、工作经验:至少5年以上通讯、电子、制造类公司或相关行业市场预测及计划管理经验,或具备主计划、生产计划、物料计划、订单履行等供应链工作经验;
3、工作技能:严谨的统计分析能力,精通数据库分析、电子表格和统计,运筹学、统计学或其他数学背景;
4、语言能力:至少CET-4级及以上,良好的英文听说读写技巧;

Hands-on mentality

任职要求:
1. 至少5年产品开发领域项目管理专业经验(有IPMA认证优先) At least 5 years of professional experience in project management in the field of product development (IPMA certification is an advantage)
2. 成功取得技术方面的学位 ( ETH、Uni、HF / FH) A successfully completed degree (ETH, Uni, HF / FH) in the technical field

任职资格:
strong knowledge for PRC GAAP, IFRS, have experience(prefer more than 8 years) with account payable, receivable, tax, audit, T&E, treasure, internal control. SAP experience is plus. Good at excel skill, Good communication skill, team player, Good English speaking and writing skill. Bachelor degree above.

岗位能力要求:
