Work Content:
1. Work on a property rights strategy and implement Neutrik patents.
2. Work with HQ professional departments and external patent law firms to develop your own patent and property portfolio.
3. You conduct patent research, regular patent monitoring and FTO analysis
4. During the review of your own patent application cooperate you with professional departments and external patent law firms.
5. Take charges of managing objections, infringement litigation and license negotiation in cooperation with external patent law firms 6. Provide advice to specialist departments
Capability Requirements:
1. Have a degree in science, technology, law or similar qualifications
2. Have brought your experience in the Patent Department of an industrial company or a patent law firm
3. Have a broad understanding of industrial property rights
4. Good English abilities.
5. Independent, organized, responsible (self reliant) and goal oriented
6. Like working together in a team and working together.
Work Content:
1. Support process definition and optimization and provide “good practice” based on broad SAP skills.
2. Support Process Manager and local process team to optimize process / function and requirement definition.
3. Support global consultants to identify efficient solutions.
4. Creation of standard procedures for master data, master data supervision, monitoring, control and maintenance.
5. Creation of training documents (training material, clarification of training requirements), responsible for the execution of trainings and follow up result.
6. Maintenance of SAP daily running, analyse issues provided by users and give effective solution.
7. Organize testing (function and processes) together with (local) key user and run tests.
8. Customize dedicated topics and provide add-hoc lists for the process team; emergency adjustments to avoid business shutdown.
9. Cooperate with IT for implementation and improvement of IT System.
10. Support on following up the customized software on time delivery as per requirement, make data test and communication on the findings
11. Train local key user. Support managing local external SAP consultants.
Capability Requirements:
1. Fluent English.
2. Familiar with SAP system
